Ive been reading books and articles about happiness lately and they were all different yet the conclusions are the same. So I decided to share with you my own version of happiness. Happiness is very subjective and it varies from person to person. According to me, we automatically destroy our happiness when we attach it to anything material or anyone outside your surroundings. Happiness is only attached to your soul. In order to be happy, you should be and feel free. Free from anything that is weighing you down and stopping you from flying. In life, both sadness and happiness are ephemeral. No one is immune from experiencing sadness and happiness( fortunately ). Life is like a roller coaster. Somethines it is fun and sometimes it is scary. But like in all roller coasters, every loop has an end, so does your sadness. You just have to be patient and strong cause nothing last forever. At tim...
